Pros
Fast Paced, you meet a lot of different people daily and can end up working with some great co-workers! The hours were great for me, too.
Cons
They frown upon ANY type of interaction with your co-workers outside of work; if they find out you're (God forbid) hanging out or have a Happy Hour with your co-workers you can get fired (Seriously?!) They promote people for all of the wrong reasons, and I have seen some of the best people fired for unbelievable reasons. I actually had to bring my sick daughter to work with me one day, as it was "suggested" that I may not have a job if I didn't get someone to take care of her or bring her in with me. FYI - I NEVER missed work, was NEVER late, NEVER took any vacation time and this is how I was treated....
