Cons
Express is a franchise business. Therefore each owner runs it their way which is against the corporate perspective they show you before you start; there is no supervision from headquarter or any plan for employees retention, performance management, or even KPIs. Management cares about their agenda and numbers, so your challenges and targets do not count or matter. I worked in Delta/BC office in Canada; unstructured, unorganized, messy and dirty workplace environment, unprofessional, no work life balance if you don't set your boundaries. Poor work culture, there is nothing called as Values or Vision. 90% employee turn over rate which is a visible indicator. No training, no future perspective.
