Pros

They typically find jobs for you relatively fast.

Cons

Don't work with brandy, she gets pleasure out of making people cry. She is incredibly condescending and has a total lack of empathy. I also recall sending her multiple emails with questions, to which none of them were replied to until I professionally confronted her about it. It almost seems she is over loaded with too many tasks to be able to provide the quality of service for her employees. And this is a general opinion about her, my colleagues have had the exact same experience. Also be weary of their oregon sick pay structure, they like to change things up without notifying the employee until it is too late to get the sick pay that is warranted.

Pros

The owner, Jessica, is fantastic as is the sales manager, Kirby. It can be a fun environment and putting people in a position to succeed is always rewarding.

Cons

Employees are not held to any sort of reasonable professional standard. Where it directly impacted this role at the time was that at least 25 hours every week were spent essentially begging employees to turn in time cards rather than doing anything productive. Standards seemed pretty inconsistent at times. The company felt a little aimless. There were several conflicting plans for the future. My understanding is that in the six months after my separation, they more or less replaced the entire staff for various reasons. Maybe they got it figured out now.
