      Pros

      washing hair is all you will do, nice coffee, good magazines, nice shampoos, conditioners and treatments.

      Cons

      wasn't taught a lot while i was there, very very busy on the weekends, high pressure on staff to attend to every client asap.

      Got along with my coworkers. Pretty good in that regard.

      Cons

      Upper management is honestly just incompetent. Poor people skills and not a good fit for leadership.
