Pros

worst of the worst company ever !

Cons

I worked at this company and, unfortunately, my experience was not positive. The workplace culture felt toxic, with clear signs of favoritism. Salary increments and recognition did not appear to be based on performance or workload. Employees who were favored by management seemed to receive better treatment, while others with heavier responsibilities were often overlooked. Communication and leadership were major concerns. Instead of providing constructive feedback, management frequently used harsh and disrespectful language toward employees. Being shouted at or spoken to in an unprofessional manner created a stressful and demoralizing work environment. Time management was also one of the company’s biggest weaknesses. Employees often had to wait for long periods just to obtain a signature for routine approvals because the manager was occupied with external meetings or unavailable. Even after meetings ended, staff were expected to wait until the manager was ready or in the right mood before documents could be signed. This caused unnecessary delays and affected overall productivity. Payroll was another recurring issue. Salaries were rarely paid on time, with employees often receiving their wages between the 12th and 15th of the month instead of the expected payday. Before office employees could receive their salaries, site workers’ wages had to be processed first. Since salary payments were made by cheque, employees sometimes had to wait an additional two or three days before they could actually access their pay. The company also lacked proper systems and standard operating procedures. Payroll calculations and wage structures appeared inconsistent, with some workers reportedly earning hourly rates as low as RM3.75. Work processes were largely manual and inefficient, leading to frequent delays and confusion. There also seemed to be a lack of trust toward certain employees. Routine payment documents often required additional verification from longer-serving staff before approval, even when they had already been prepared by the responsible employee. This created an environment where newer staff felt they were not trusted to perform their duties. Overall, I found the company lacking in professionalism, transparency, and effective management.

Pros

Perfect place to master surviving chaos, favoritism, and fear.

Cons

1. Employees are strictly prohibited from using their phones during working hours, creating an overly controlling work environment. 2. The company lacks basic systems, structure, and organization, resulting in constant confusion and inefficiency. 3. Extremely high turnover rate — most employees do not last beyond a year. Those who stay often feel pressured to tolerate unhealthy and toxic conditions. 4. Management is highly unprofessional and verbally abusive, frequently shouting, insulting, and blaming employees — even for mistakes they did not make. Employees are also penalized for errors, with fines directly deducted from their salaries, raising serious concerns about fairness and legality. 5. Operations are severely outdated, relying on manual and handwritten processes instead of proper systems, reflecting a lack of modernization. 6. Salaries are consistently delayed, often only paid between the 11th to 16th of the month, which is significantly below standard payroll expectations. 7. The HR department is ineffective and does not adequately support or protect employees, appearing disengaged from staff welfare. 8. There are serious concerns regarding inappropriate conduct by management, including reports of unwanted physical contact and abuse of authority in private settings. 9. There are strong concerns regarding unethical and potentially corrupt practices within the company.
