Pros

Strong culture of learning, supportive team with a lot of positivity, good way to learn management skills

Cons

Non-conventional shift pattern, work is very full-on and difficult to pick up as an external hire, pay and benefits are pretty poor. I know the review says Bristol, but I actually worked fully remote, which wasn't for me
