At Expleo, we strive to create an environment where every team member feels valued and can grow their career. We provide various opportunities for training and development through online platforms, classroom-based training and job rotation, to name a few. We also have a robust promotion process that employees are able to benefit from to move into more senior roles as their experience and skillsets grow. As such, it’s disheartening to hear that this hasn’t been your experience.
