Pros

Cons
I joined and entered the Graduate Program even though I had worked in IT for a few years. - There is no bonuses when you start out. - The way the company operates is not clear from the outset and does not become clear - Training is very poor, a lot of training you are left to your own. basically pick a random topic and learn it just to keep busy. - You have no clue who you are answering too, you don't have a manager rather a coach, then when you go to the client you could have another 3 people you report too. - Client super seeds everything including bank holidays - There is next to no support when you go to a client, training is then non existent. I was in a role for 2 months and had not been shown or learned anything. - Next to no direction on how to progress. - Wage is poor and does not move with the times. - How you are assessed is messy and is down to what other people think of you in terms if what feedback you can get to show. - Promotes 'Networking' as a way to progress in the company. "Who you know instead of what you know " culture. - If there is no client for you, you stay in wonderland with ZERO direction. - Communication from the company when on client side is NON EXISTENT. - You will only hear from Expleo if you have done something wrong rather than what you are doing right. - A lot of false promises from the get go. - Senior Management seem to wave the company credit card a lot for lavish events instead of paying the people more.
