Friendly Environment to work(Once you started liking this culture you wont be able to leave) Good or Bad of anyone person reaches heights immediately(like a forest fire). Salary pay is Good and they do have onshore opportunities.
Cons
Mobile phone usage is not allowed(as mostly dealing with Banking and Cards projects). Office ride(partnership for travel within city by 3rd party vehicles) or Meal card or Crunch is not available.
