I facilitated all the hiring of all staff and management. It was a good team.
Cons
management was fickle-minded and gave unbelievable goals expecting miracles and team supervisors had no choice so agents think it's the whole management that sucks but the truth is, it's not and there's only 1 person responsible for all the palm-in-face decisions. There were no benefits. No work, no pay. No medical HMO. Office equipments for staff and managers need a proposal and a very good reason which is such a headache.
