Unethical practices at Engage business - Business Analyst Expert360 Employee Review

After relocating across continents to New Zealand for this role, I was retrenched after just a few months. This is in very bad faith and not ethical. The manner in which I was retrenched was also not compliant with labour law. Head of Ops / HR did not bother to consult me at any point prior to retrenching me. Instead, I was suddenly told that I am being retrenched. On an engagement, management had also set me up to fail - I was not provided with the SOW prior to commencing the engagement, despite me repeatedly asking for the SOW. I later learned that the SOW was received prior to the engagement commencing, but it was simply filed away and not shared with me. I will never work for E360's Engage division again - poor poor poor poor management culture.
