      Pros

      Decent access to training. Handful of good people that will soon see the light and do something legit with their lives.

      Cons

      Very manipulative. 100% pyramid scheme. Everyone is your “brother” until you stop drinking the koolaid. They claim to have the best compensation plan in the industry but shop around and you’ll see it’s actually one of the worst. Recruiting is the number one priority, anyone with a pulse will do. Primerica with a decent product shelf. Executive Directors are a complete embarrassment.

They are well trained and provide an unparalleled opportunity for those who wish to build their own team and client base. We have amazing people that are building great organizations throughout Canada.

      I had the pleasure of speaking with Nea, and she was incredibly informative about the current programs available. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the conversation feel comfortable and easy to follow. Her positive spirit and welcoming personality truly stood out. Experior Financial Group is fortunate to have someone so knowledgeable, professional, and personable representing their team. Highly recommend working with her!

      Group partnership environment. I really enjoy the different cultures and diversity within our business

      I really can't think of any. Except, if you aren't someone who can go make it happen, this industry will be tough
