Pros
The benefits are top notch. The people who you interact with on a daily basis are wonderful. The company does a great job of appreciating employees via lunches, contests and a variety of team building activities. Laid back dress code. You really enjoy coming to work.
Cons
Most of the cons surround the layer of middle management. Some of the middle managers are micro-managers and can't see the forest for the trees. While some of the managers are flexible re: work hours/remote access, some are not where salaried staffers don't feel valued. Some middle managers don't appreciate new ideas and do not embrace innovation. Meetings are exceptionally long and include way too many people. Salaries are not as competitive. Projects move slower than a snail and the team acts as if they are overworked.
