Pros
Get good exposure to multiple facets of the corporate world in a global sense.
Cons
Not sure where to begin. Company culture at Expereo was very good, I would often speak highly of the job and company to others. But, here recently after bringing on new leadership, this has took a turn for the worse. We plummeted into the worst version of the austere corporate world, where the bottom line is priority, which comes at the cost of the once pleasant environment. People are seemingly fired on a whim, you are micromanaged, and your "bonuses" are almost entirely fictional. The once thriving, family culture of a company has quite literally become the opposite, with the forced departures of many people who had been at Expereo for 5 plus years, serving as a cold reminder. You have a very high workload, and are expected to perform at a high level despite this, constantly. The drawbacks of any job at Expereo are very apparent, and I assume most who work at Expereo would agree.
