Pros
Everyone handles a project from start to finish, even for junior levels. You will experience every part of the project and will have an exponential growth in your skill sets and mind set. No office politics, the co founders value a good and healthy working environment and will try to maintain it that way. This is a good foundation for junior industrial designers and mechanical engineers.
Cons
Because it is a small team, most probably you will have to take on tasks that are beyond your job scope. You may like it if you enjoy a mix of tasks, you may not like when you feel you are getting underpaid for a wide scope of work.
