Pros

Expedient offers a unique opportunity for both entry level and experienced IT professionals to gain valuable knowledge and experience. ETS offered me multiple thousands of $$ for training and certifications. They took time to understand where I wanted to go in my career and gave me every opportunity to get to there. The direct team-members I worked with were supportive, offering help and collaboration anytime I needed it.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like everything lands on your plate at once, and you end up pulling longer hours than you’d like. The pace of change is fast, so if you’re not cool with shifting priorities, you might feel like you’re constantly playing catch-up.

Pros

Exposed to everything provided as a service. Opportunity to learn at an accelerated rate compared to in-house IT. Leadership team is good! Nice atmosphere.

Cons

Not to blow smoke, but can't really think of anything. Depending on position, work/life balance might be an issue but I believe those spots are compensated.

Pros

Solid leadership that overall cares about the people and the company. Employee engagement is executed well. Exceptional customer service that leads to client trust and loyalty. Collaborative environment- if you have a problem, most people will go out of their way to help you learn. Professional environment Annual performance-based promotions Generous annual bonuses

Cons

Company policies aren’t always followed or are changed with no notice. Growth is slow - promotions are seen as “past-due” and reflect what you’ve already been doing for months to years. Non-technical dispatchers cause frustration and work slowdown. High turnover rate due to below-market salaries (unfortunately this is most MSPs, not just ETS).
