- Half the management team are unable to adapt and lack any real leadership skills
- Haphazard approach to everything
- Awful training and development
- Absolute favouritism for a chosen few while the rest aren't offered anything like the same amount of opportunity
- They have an unfounded arrogance, despite revenue declining for the past few years and numerous people leaving (I believe it was 13 who left in 1 year with at least half of those being in a 2 month period)
- They don't like anyone with an opinion, if you want to progress suck it up and be a complete 'Yes man'
- They run on a culture of fear at times
- The IIP accreditation is dubious as the individuals who spoke with the assessor (who is apparently friends with the CEO) were all specifically selected and were certainly not representative of the company as a whole
