Pros
Pay Above Market 401(k) match is well above market (but the match is in useless company stock) Good benefits Some sporting event tickets
Cons
The CEO looks and acts like a used car salesman - he doesn't have any ideas to propel the company forward and is just cost-cutting over and over in order to make the balance sheets look marginally respectable and even in this he is failing. If you've never been in an environment of perpetual cuts that lasts several years, it's dreadful for morale. Many of the amenities that were hallmarks of this company under the previous leadership have been all but forgotten. There is also no chance of advancement beyond token promotions There is an environments of cliques I was flat out told by management that I exceeded expectations, but that this level of review was denied to save money. They preach big ideas, like transparency and honesty and hard work, but the talk stops when it comes to the employee.
