A greedy corporation - Clinical Research Coordinator Eximia Research Employee Review

Not much from a business development perspective. The BD team is small (made up of 2 people) and those 2 people within the team were a delight to work with - that's it though.

Senior management and leadership was terrible. The head of the company is knowledgeable in the industry itself - but is NOT a good leader by any means. They do not make it clear what's expected of you/what your KPIs are - and if you don't meet those unclear expectations - they let you go after a few months without first providing any support on how to perform more effectively.

Recruiting process was simple and quick.

As others have mentioned, overall there is a lack of respect and professionalism. No opportunity for salary increases or even an annual review despite working overtime because they can’t retain people.
