Life insurance is honestly very tough work but in exide its not because of daily morning 1hr zoom meeting for product training and monthly trainer review, if you search your bright future in life insurance and you think you earn more than join exide life, and it is best in terms of monthly salary
Cons
Nothing but if you don't have potential to work on your monthly target then so many problems automatically created, but if you plan with your manager, it is too easy to create a position in your team
