Pros

Good learning opportunity for juniors due to exposure to real challenges. Colleagues are generally supportive and collaborative

Cons

Senior management lacks the competence to address project issues effectively and often avoids accountability. Critical problems are frequently left for junior staff to handle without sufficient support. Salaries have been delayed for up to 2 months, creating significant financial stress. EPF (Employee Provident Fund) contributions have not been paid for 9 months, which is a serious compliance concern. Project and overtime claims have been pending for nearly a year with no clear resolution. Lack of transparency and communication from the top down.
