Pros
Good health care and most roles are hybrid.
Cons
The hierarchy is brutal. The average employee is frighted to speak to people who are C-Suite or senior leaders because it is frowned upon unless they invite you to speak to them. I'm told this is a legacy issue. The split of Exelon and Constellation has cause the company to become very "lean" and employees are working 3 or 4 roles with no recognition or pay bump. We are starting to see Exelon employees leaving and this trend is only expected to increase over the next six months. Senior leaders are aware of the issue, but rather than addressing the root cause, they are encouraging everyone to keep working hard for rewards some time later. Employees are not convinced of the rewards at a later date because, again, unless you are C-Suite, senior leader or manager, you don't see the rewards. The higher-ups are rewarded with the lower level staff being completely overlooked. In other words, Exelon's alleged inclusive behavior is proven otherwise by their actions.
