CEO's were fantastic and fair to work for! Really great guys. Flexible schedule and left alone once metrics were met. Low pressure and interesting job.
The leadership team is absolutely amazing!!!! The owners of the company are always doing anything and everything they can to make sure everyone is happy and maintaining a healthy work/life balance. They really care about there employees and are always willing to work with people when life happens or issues arise. It’s a small company, but it definitely feels like family not work! It’s clear that the owners are doing everything they can to cultivate a positive work environment.

If I’m being honest there really aren’t any. Maybe provide paid holidays for days we are closed but that’s relatively minor!
