Great Company to be a part of - Dispatcher Executive Jet Management Employee Review

Pros

The Flight Center is a fast paced environment. The job can be challenging, but you leave work each day feeling accomplished and I certainly feel valued by each of my managers. If fact, all the managers are good human beings, care for their employees and just like us have a challenging position. The company is poised for good growth and the benefits / pay is good!

Cons

Some negative attitudes in the company, but a large majority are great people who work hard. You'll find the negative people and underperformers anywhere really. I anticipate management will probably be weeding these people out soon. Everyone knows who they are.

Pros

Working as an Account Manager at EJM has been a positive experience. The leadership is respectful, flexible, and supportive, and the schedule allows for a great work-life balance: four 10-hour days, three days off each week, and one remote day. The work is fast-paced and varied, so no two days feel the same. We're constantly learning, especially about the aviation industry, which keeps things interesting. My coworkers are genuinely kind and collaborative, and management often shows appreciation through perks like company-paid lunches. The building itself is beautiful and well-kept, which adds to the overall professionalism and comfort of the workplace. EJM is a strong choice if you're seeking a stable, team-oriented environment.

Cons

Compensation is fair, but increasing pay to better align with inflation would strengthen employee retention. While there are some paths for career growth, expanding advancement opportunities would be a valuable investment in long-term talent. Lastly, certain internal processes and systems could benefit from streamlining to improve day-to-day efficiency.
