Pros

ExecuSource is a wonderful staffing agency in a sea of staffing agencies. The business is well in control of their relationships and are committed to cultivating, deepening and maintaining a best in class experience both on the client and candidate side. Management provides an open environment and everyone treats one another with respect and dignity, not to mention that you're treated like an adult. ExecuSource is a wonderful place to work and I would highly recommend anyone looking to continue their staffing industry experience to seek them out.

Thank you for your review, it is appreciated. Our intention is to foster an open and transparent workplace and I am glad that you "felt" that during your time here! That being said, for anyone is considering us, a component of our openness and transparency is that your results and success are known to everyone around you and to the entire company. If this sort of "transparency" is not something that you are used to, please ask questions during your interview to ensure that you are comfortable!

Pros

The company offers a flexible work environment (depending on region and role), which can support a healthy work-life balance. Employees are provided with the tools and resources needed to succeed, and there's a strong emphasis on individual ownership and performance. The team culture is fun, collaborative, and supportive — people genuinely want to see each other succeed. After a few challenging years in the staffing industry, it's encouraging to see the business gaining momentum and showing real growth in 2025.

Cons

There has been some inconsistency in communication and implementation of in-office versus remote expectations across regions. Initially, there was a blend of contract and perm across functions, and sales and recruiting were structured differently, but that strategy appears to have shifted for new hires without clearly aligning or transitioning existing team members. While things are still functioning, there's a noticeable lack of formal structure and alignment that could help with overall clarity and cohesion.
