Pros
The management team is excellent and a pleasure to work for. All teams interact with each other very well which makes it easy to fully understand how the organization operates as a whole. Very flexible working hours and a good work/life balance.
Cons
As with many small companies, advancement is challenging and salaries tend to be lower than with larger companies. Benefits were good for co-pays and small procedures and most procedures are covered but not all.
