Pros
If you are looking to become a successful manager within hospitality I couldn't recommend a better hotel. It is not just one of the most prestigious 5 red star hotels in the south of England it caters for such a diverse business that the experience that you can aim to achieve is absolutely necessary in the tough world of hospitality. As hospitality pay goes PHP pays ok. If you wish to become a Manager see this as free Management school. I recommend a good 3/4 years here to work your way up. Great performance is always recognised and always share your concerns with higher management. Exclusive Hotels are a family run hotel and I would certainly recommend them. If you are young and wanting a promotion believe me your opportunity will come along here but you must be patient.
Cons
high staff turnover lots of young inexperienced staff (just filling the gaps) so quite frustrating as it is like being a school teacher rather than a manager not enough structured training. Mainly on the job and hopefully from good managers above you.
