The most significant downside of working at this company is the constant turnover and the resulting burnout among employees. The mass exodus of coworkers is a recurring issue, with the company failing to hire replacements, thereby piling more and more work on existing staff. This unsustainable workload shows no sign of improvement. Furthermore, there is a notable lack of understanding from management regarding the roles and responsibilities of their employees. Serious organizational issues are often raised but inadequately addressed, creating an environment that feels deceptive and insincere. In an effort to compensate for the inability to offer competitive salaries, the company has invested in a 'cheers' system, which falls short of adequately acknowledging the hard work and dedication of the employees. Internal promotions often seem motivated by cost-cutting rather than merit, so don't be misled. Proper training and genuine support are lacking, despite appearances to the contrary. Many of us found ourselves working late nights and weekends, only to realize that our efforts were neither rewarded nor recognized adequately. Considering the company's ongoing financial struggles, I strongly advise potential employees to look elsewhere. A rebranding effort can't hide the underlying issues at Exclusive Concepts. This company does not value or properly compensate its employees for their hard work, making it a regrettable choice for those seeking a fulfilling and fair work environment.
