Salary is not the best, but considering all benefits, overall they provide good compensation.

Exchange Technology truly values your efforts and gives you lots of opportunities to grow and learn. The company has grown very quickly and that gives you many opportunities. The work environment is great and I really feel my opinion matters there.

salaries are ok for the region but much lower if compared to other regions such as GTA, Vancouver and Calgary.
