Cons
Activity Monitoring Software: The company uses a "team logger" or monitoring program to track active working hours. While this can feel restrictive or micromanaging on paper, in practice, it hasn't been an issue. As long as the work is done, management hasn't been intrusive about specific time sheets or breaks.
