Pros

"Makepositive ==> Boost your career -> Learn with awesome people -> NO politics -> COOLEST CEO" 1. I never feel i am working in an office, the environment and work culture is very friendly. 2. Always surrounded by passionate people having hunger to learn and explore. 3. Everything flows from top whether bad or good. The CEO is highly Loveable and Motivated which brings lot of positive energy in the team.

Cons

I will say every thing is good but 2 points I will like to mention -> Give opportunity to developers to learn other technologies as well rather than they are working on, that will not only improve employee skill but will be beneficial for company too.
