Salary was very competitive. Hours were somewhat flexible. Might be a good fit for an experienced home care nurse who knows Oasis extremely well.

Lack of a training program. I was given a 4 day shadow and was only shown how to do Oasis one time before being sent out on my own. I had NEVER done home health care before.

Hired a lot of people without any degrees to give them a foot in the door experience
