Having worked for fortune 10 companies before, I have the below observations on this company I regret my decision of joining this company after being deceived heavily while interviewing. 1. No proper infrastructure (Dont even have UPS for the systems, no antivirus as well) 2. No significant Projects on floor just dependent on only one or two clients. 3. Lame and Immature Management which looks 4. Too many politics, as there are not many projects on floor everyone wnat to showcase that everything is happening because of them by robbing the credit of others for their own survival. 5. Fire at will policy without any proper reason and proper compensation to the employees 6. All the resources are of entry level and there is No middle level management leading to bad quality of the deliverables. And managers are more than working resources. 7. No commitment towards employees, just treating them without any courtesy. 8. No transport facility though employees face many problems with poisonous snakes and attacking dogs due to remote location of office, when asked about the same the answer was very weird stating that those were living from before the company was set up, hence let's live with them. 9. No medical insurance or group insurance policy for the employees 10. Worst maintanence of washrooms and not a corporate level looking office, space would be like a internet cafe, not even lift facility is provided though the office is in 3rd floor of the building just imagine how much pain pregnant women would take while coming to work. 11. People with No or less knowledge on the subject would be the boss hence the productivity is always low or zero 12. Salary is never received on time and the reasons for delays would be weird 13. Annoying HR policies, it is better to be in corporate college instead of this organisation min of 12 hrs of work needed to be in good books else you would be fired showing a negative feedback 14. No prior notice or compensation provided for the people who are fired 15. Treating employees as slaves, would call the employees at midnights to come down to that remote location office and work 16. Biased environment for the people who are puppets in the hands of management 17. Be prepared to get fired at any time if you are of high band salary professional. 18. Too much of Female discrimination 19. No distributed power to the teams at Vizag location everything vests with CEO 20. Question anything wrong in the organisation, you are targetted and fired without notice though you are productive. 21. what ever said by the recruiter is different from reality 22. Inefficient HR team, a big puppet in the hands of managment nothing else, 23. Inefficient finance team, dont know how to calculate or deduct taxes. 24. No proper organisational Hierarchy 25. No proper performance appraisal methodology, performance is measured as per your puppetness towards the management 26. No shift allowance provided to the employees though asked to work in odd timings 27. Any insurance claims given to the travellers/employees by the airlines for delay in flights or loss of baggage are forcefully claimed by the company stating the company is the one which has insured the employees. In case if any disaster happens then I guess they would claim the insurance from the families stating the same reason. 28. The income tax is deducted from employees salary every month but is not properly paid into TDS, if asked about the same there would not be any answer from anyone. 29. Most funniest is that HR/finance team does not know how to make a pay slip, wish I could share that funny Payslip here which I have received as final settlement. 30. Most importantly, if any real review comes in Glassdoor, it would be countered immediately with a positive review, similar to the reviews which came after this review after Oct 18th Just want to know really how many 2 years old software employeesin that company are there in that organization. Because the number of reviews published after Oct 18 is even more than number of resources who spent that age in that company. Company is Spamming Reviews here. Reality is this. And Many more the list go on and on if you are thinking to pursue your career in a good way better avoid this company.
