Pay was quite low and not much career progression

Since joining Excailbur a few years ago I have had nothing but success. I work in a fantastic sales team with a wide range of knowledge. All teams are very supportive and understanding when learning a new product. The office has a fantastic vibe and culture, everyone is very easy to talk to and will give you the time you deserve should you need to discuss anything. Excalibur itself supports the work life balance and understand that family come first. They promote within and push you to be your better self and achieve. When managers say there is commission to have this is true, this has not been the case in previous roles. Excalibur have many benefits in the company include a health plan which covers the family.
