Pros

I've currently been working for about 10 years in the company, starting at the bottom and slowly made my way through management. We try to be as fair and honest as possible with everyone. I think the job we offer is a good opportunity for whoever is looking for a challenge in market development right after the studies. You can learn a lot regarding international sales processes, e-commerce and international communication. Most of all, you will have a lot of autonomy in your work and a lot of assistance from middle-management to help you be successul and comfortable in your work as fast as possible. On average, sales agents earn about 45.000-50.000 kc/month so don't be afraid of the starting salary which is just aimed to cover your basic needs. The objective for management really is to get you at 50.000 kc average incl. commissions and beyond as fast as possible.

Cons

Don't pay too much attention to the bad angry comments you can read on this page. They were 'courageously' and anonymously written by former employees who got fired because they never really understood that they were in an actual company and not in a holiday camp. You could easily make your own judgement after a first interview so if you are interested in any vacant position, the best is just to try it out and see for yourself.
