You can learn a lot regarding international sales processes, e-commerce and international communication. Most of all, you will have a lot of autonomy in your work and a lot of assistance from middle-management to help you be successul and comfortable in your work as fast as possible. On average, sales agents earn about 45.000-50.000 kc/month so don't be afraid of the starting salary which is just aimed to cover your basic needs. The objective for management really is to get you at 50.000 kc average incl. commissions and beyond as fast as possible.

Don't pay too much attention to the bad angry comments you can read on this page.
