      Really intelligent people who are trying to help the world.

      Cons

      Lots of priorities and big dreams mean that often things get missed. Also, since fully remote across global time zones, there's not a lot of company cohesion and culture.

      It was an absolute pleasure working with Kamal and Sol. Some of the best managers I've ever had. When I left the company, Sol sent me a book he had personally picked based on our conversations. S-tier team.

      Cons

      Remote-only: I'd have loved the company to be an in-person team.
