      Free coffee from a machine

      Cons

      Poor management, very young naive workforce. It’s more like a crèche. Childish behaviour. Oppressive atmosphere. Staff “looking busy” when in fact they’re accessing social media.

      Pros

      Very flexible job and amazing staff. It’s completely different and great for clinical staff who desperately need a change from the toxic bedside life.

      Low pay than expected but it’s workable.

      So much mandatory overtime. Hardly given a complete weekend off. There is hardly time to rest and recharge.
