Guys, think carefully before having any dealings with this company. There is complete mess in management, hired product- and engineering managers do everything except actually management things. Employees who have their own position are simply destroyed, not allowed to work properly, or just fired. If you are a developer, you will test, do customer support, and a bunch of other things that the product manager or engineering manager will come up with, but definitely not programming. If you are a release manager - you should be doing scrum mastering. No one forces you to do these things, but if you refuse, you are candidates for further dismissal. The engineering team is always appointed responsible for numerous management mistakes. Only those who have been agreeing with everything with the CEO for years feel comfortable in this company. Despite the fact that such decisions have led to the company's not very pleasant financial situation. If you reasonably defend your position, no one will listen to you. But if the same arguments are put forward by the management favorites, they will repeatedly cite the proactivity of such employees as an example to you. If you want to innovate the product or come with an idea for a new product - you will not be understood. And if this threatens the further influence of certain managers - your ideas will simply be rejected, and you may be fired for a negative impact on the team. At the same time, the company can spend a lot of time and money on developing an improvement that, in the end, no one needs and implementing it into the current product without significant revision is simply impossible. And yet - despite the fact that the company has been certified for security - in fact, it has had and still has security issues.
