- Transparency - vision, direction, roadmaps, company status, road blocks - everything is available either on our internal portals or during the all hand meetings. If you cannot find the information internally, you haven't looked for it. Also, management and executives have an open door policy, you can even start a conversation with C-level execs at the kitchen.
