Poor management team - Operations Evonik Employee Review

Poor work/life balance, Management has came in and cleaned house for the better, but since pay is good and hard to come by in another work place, Management bullies there way around, lacks respect, weekly threats are made to basically get fired, and your decision or input does not matter. Plant management even allowed my old supervisor bring his pet dog in his office during work hours. HR isn't on site, so a lot of stuff goes on behind the scenes. Cameras also placed throughout the plant but has been quite of a "overkill", if nobody is trusted why keep the staff?
