Swirling The Drain - Technical Support Engineer Evolve IP Employee Review

Management is non-existent. Training was laid-off years ago. Customer support continues it's down-slide. Great Hill has no aspirations for this company other than turning a profit. Unfortunately that ship has already sailed. Now they are saddled with a company that has dumped everything that would support customers or trained employees to temporarily boost the bottom line. Here is basically a service company that plops warm untrained bodies replacing the former employees that quit in disgust. This acquisition is going to end up in the "L" column for Great Hill.
