      Every day is different - most of the day is spent in the field where the work takes place and real changes can be made. The team is great - a lot of collaboration. Lots of different opinions and experiences to learn from. Communication and transparency.

      Cons

      Expectations from the top are high. If you do not ask for help then you will not get it.

      You get to see that having a female boss is like working for a power tripping dictator. And then being glad to have a male boss who may be harsh but gives you space.

      You have a micromanaging, fake boss. Worst job I’ve ever had. 0/10. Salary is low and expectations are high
