      None at all with this company

      Cons

      Favouritism was insane here. Coming from a real casino I realized that no one knew anything there. All the management is moved up based on if they like you or not. Bonus system is awful. Would avoid this place at all cost. There is a reason the turn over is so high here

      They had a nice break room, allowed up to 30 mistakes with restart the next month

      Cons

      harassment, unprofessional staff, stressful ,not allowed a uniform because if gender orientation for the female employees.
