Pros

Periodic company-hosted parties and social events. Good for meeting people and networking within the team.

Cons

Inconsistent Policies: Management frequently changes policies to suit their own interests without much notice. Guilt-tripping over Sick Days: There is a negative atmosphere or "guilt-tripping" when you actually need to use your sick leave. Unstable Bonus Criteria: The standards for bonuses are constantly shifting, making it hard to stay motivated. Hostile Work Environment: The nature of the job often puts you in a position where you're prone to verbal abuse or constant criticism.

Pros

There’s a dedicated team of trainers who started as Game Presenters which makes the training 10x better. They know the ins and outs of the job. No question is a bad question so ask it!

Cons

There’s high emphasis on not making mistakes which terrifies you. But the rule is to take your time to avoid mistakes.

Pros

Supportive coworkers…interesting line of work. Okay salary, overtime guaranteed if needed.

Cons

Very strict, can be exhausting especially overnights. At times could deal with changes and break pushbacks mid shift. Feels like nothing is really planned ahead of time and is done on a whim. Prone to being understaffed overnight and leads to burnout quickly especially during holidays. Strict when it comes to your mistakes, but not their own, for example I was relieved 15 minutes into a 30 minute break, and informed there wasn’t anything they could do about it nor could I get my full 30 at that time and was expected to come back after 15 minutes passed and wait for my next break, yet when I arrived 5 minutes late from a break for the bathroom, I was written up. Disorganized. Don’t recommend overnight unless it’s your cup of tea.
