No bonuses, raises or promotions unless you're kissing rump. Failing parent company. Have to go out and find projects to be on. Expected to be a seller all while trying to successfully manage projects where sales really dictates how you deliver. Clients have left in droves. Layoffs happening every few months. No true leaders, just politicians and sycophants that have zero business being in the positions that they are. Blame the other person culture. Honestly, not really any culture to speak of. Zero collaboration between silos. Surprised this company has survived this long. Scrubbing toilets would provide a better career future than working for this company.
