- the PTO is kinda absurd (3 weeks per year really isn’t enough) - no paid sick leave (which means you must use your already-scant PTO if you get ill) - the yearly raises are pretty underwhelming - while most people are great, a LOT of people are slow to get back to you (if they even get back to you at all).
