Weekly pay. Nothing else seemed to be positive.

EVERYTHING ELSE - in my experience this company treated me horribly! It felt like micro-management on steroids! I’ve worked in solely production roles for the past 12 years and have never seen anything this extreme! In what world does a CEO read an associate’s work text messages daily through an ats system?! They made me feel like I could NEVER take a lunch, was NEVER good enough and it was the CEO’s way or get fired. Even if the CEO’s ideas are a waste of time and non-starters. And that’s just the business side! The culture there seems to be highschool mean girl mentality. They would throw me under the bus in a heartbeat just for fun. Even when I was making them money, they still found ways to say it’s not enough. The base pay for me was slightly above beginner level and my bonus was paid once per hire instead of every hour the hire works like every other recruiting company does. I’ve seen them make up rules to get out of paying several veterinarians’ “guaranteed salaries”. They promised me the world, I was extremely loyal and as soon as they thought they got all they could out of me they fired me for not reaching out to people on Facebook on ONE day. Facebook was the platform that the CEO got in trouble for having a fake Veterinarian Profile on not even a year ago. Don’t join this company and think that you’re the exception and not the rule, I guarantee you that you will regret it!
