Pros

Certainly a great place to work, no organisational usual drama. Most of the time management treat us like we are some kind of sports team, highly functional ruthless team, but sometimes they are like family, I think they care, but don't show that. Because the attitude is generally like a team, you got to perform, consistently, which is not easy. Their expectations are really high, always look up to international brands and expect us to match all that quality. Lunch is great, no cost cutting there, definitely they care what we eat for lunch. Good laptops, chairs etc. There is no HR, I think its a good thing, Mejo, the CEO is like an employee only, so he usually listen. Sometimes its hard to understand what he is trying to achieve though, but if we don't get it, finally somehow he make us understand also. They care about us more than the clients. Ekta's design direction is great. Other lead designers are also sorted, they know their stuff, helps to learn a lot. Also they teach us a lot of general things about career, the internal newsletter is a gold mine. Projects are interesting.

Cons

Office doesn't look that great. Project management team can improve a bit.

Pros

1. People are humane here UNLIKE many other workplaces I've seen with "my way or the highway" attitude. 2. There is a constant positive vibe with jolly people around in this space which keeps you going even at the toughest of times. 3. Of course, there is work pressure as any other office but on successful completions you get recognitions and treats. 4. Accountability and responsibility with work is imbibed into you as a part of the work culture. 5. Personal experimentation is promoted here as a creative practice which is rare.

Cons

1. At times there is a lot of chaos in terms of who is doing what therefore often ending up in mismanagement of time. 2. Openness towards a 5 days' work a week is seemingly becoming non-existent since last 4 months. At times that takes a toll on you especially if you are living by yourself in the city.
