-people are hired and fired often as company attempts to scale and then does not have the resources to sustain it -virtually no diversity. most every employee is a white male. -ceo micromanages every aspect of operations and changes directions often so it is difficult to determine what works/generates roi -questionable ethics involved in parts of the product and how employees should evade direct responses when prospects ask about it
